Why I chose to become an eczema health coach:
I have firsthand experience with eczema, so I know how difficult and emotionally taxing this condition can be. My goal is to combine elements of my personal experience with evidence-based knowledge to assist you in your eczema recovery journey -- you don't (and shouldn't) have to go through this alone!

My philosophy as an eczema health coach:
Autonomy is a big part of my coaching philosophy. I believe individuals flourish most when they are able to exercise independent thinking and judge for themselves what the best course of action should be. As such, I prioritise this in my coaching and do so by encouraging my clients to actively seek out their values both within and beyond their eczema recovery journey.

Where will you find me outside of work:
Reading, ideally at a park or by the sea. Nothing compares to a good book paired with a beautiful view in my opinion. Otherwise you can probably find me exploring Hong Kong with good friends and family!
