Why I chose to become an eczema health coach:
Being a lifelong eczema sufferer, I understand first hand what the ailment is about. I hope to utilize my personal experience and training in education and mindfulness to help others.

My philosophy as an eczema health coach:
How we perceive shapes our experience. Train the mind to see what is skilful for the body and mind, make wiser choices and live life with a more open heart to experience more joy, less suffering.

Where will you find me outside of work:
Playing with my dog, reading, writing, listening to music, practicing yoga and sewing.
